By downloading or using our games you agree to these terms. They are short — please take two minutes.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control. You may not: decompile or reverse-engineer the game, remove any copyright notices, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or its art and level content, or use cheats or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage.

All intellectual property in the game (code, art, audio, level design, trademarks) belongs to Handchill. You are buying the right to use it, not ownership of it.

2. In-app purchases and virtual items

• In-game currency and items (such as "Golden Shells") have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, or traded outside the game.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; payment, invoicing, and refunds follow that platform's policies.
• We may change the price, contents, or availability of virtual items. Consumable items you have already bought are unaffected.
• If your account is suspended for breaching these terms, unused virtual items are not refunded.

3. Auto-renewing subscriptions

The game offers an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly Pass). Before you buy, note that:

• The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID or Google account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel at any time in your device's Settings → Account → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• The actual price, currency, and period are those shown on the store page at the time of purchase.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel through the store.

4. Accounts

You may play as a guest, or link an Apple or Google account so your progress can be recovered on a new device. Please keep your sign-in method secure; we cannot restore losses caused by someone else using your account. You may request account deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

The core game is playable offline. Cloud save, leaderboards, and content updates require a connection and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We will try to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it is never interrupted. If we decide to discontinue the online services we will announce it in-game a reasonable time in advance.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the game in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived in advance.

7. Changes and governing law

If these terms change we will update the date on this page and announce it in-game; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
